TRIWA was founded in 2007 by four friends with the goal to change the attitudes in the watch industry that they thought was too focused on status and tradition. They started the company TRIWA (Transforming the Industry of Watches) with the purpose to transform the watch into a modern symbol for change, called Time for Change. By engaging in issues of their time that they feel passionate about they hope to engage their customers in contributing to a better world. With collections such as Time for Peace, Time for Tolerance and Time for Oceans they want to create stories for the wrist, that transcend style, trends and status and engages customers in taking a stand.
